Option to not automaticly delete HTML files after conversion

I make use of the fact that the Fanfiction downloader leaves an HTML file behind as well as the epub that is used by my ebook reader to be archived on my computer. The update the makes the HTML files be automatically deleted should have been an option, as now I have to run the download twice to get the files that I wanted were as before in the last version, it only had to run it once and output to epub.
