Version number, doctype and character list

When we download as HTML, can we have FanFictionDownloader’s version number somewhere as a comment in the HTML file’s source? It is useful as a reference.
Example: <!-- File downloaded using FanFictionDownloader v0.7.2 -->
Also, it is standard practice to specify a doctype for HTML files so that browsers can use the latest rendering standards to display the page. Yours should be <!DOCTYPE html> which will come at the very top of the page even before the <HTML> tag.
And, could we have the list of characters along with the other details of a story. I'm surprised that this particular feature hasn't been requested yet.
