Nothing I've tried works to fix the problem. It's incredibly disappointing - this was/is a fantastic piece of software that I use on a regular basis.
Now I totally understand that the 'fault' here is with FFnet and not with FanFictionDownloader - the new use of the captcha software is the cause of the problem and it's nothing to do with any 'bugs'. However, I (and I think others) really would appreciate a response on this issue. Perhaps not an update, but at least a reply to indicate that the author is aware of the problem and has some plans to fix it. It's been dragging on for a long time now. And, in case anyone's going to say "This is freeware; you get what you pay for", I've donated to the author on a number of occasions so, while remaining very grateful, I think this entitles me to express an opinion, if nothing more.
